Got this to upgrade my stock backup camera in my truck, wow what an improvement, this Camera is capable of VGA up to 1080p looking video. I was thinking the whole time my factory screen in my Frontier was the weak link. I hooked this simple to install inexpensive HD camera to my factory head unit and now I can see a super wide clear image. It makes reversing out of my driveway really safe now. It has full color night vision without those stupid looking LED lights that some cameras have for night view. It Functions great and is waterproof.

Did not work. Plugged in an old reverse camera, bingo, it works. This 4 pin camera does not work. The exterior metal case is beautiful and the lens adjustability is exceptional, too bad the video image provides nothing.

Did not work, switches over when I put it in reverse but screen stays black. I’ve made sure everything was connected properly and didn’t find any no loose wires and it grounded properly my stereo has a designated back up camera rca input so it can’t be in wrong rca portUPDATE!!!! So it was a faulty device but the company was quick to fix the problem almost immediately. They were really helpful in trying to figure out my problem

First unit I received was DOA. Could not get an image. Seller sent a replacement which I finally got to function. But, it’s monochrome, not color. This is third one of this style camera I have purchased that only displays in monochrome when connected to a color monitor. The guide lines show in color but not the image. So kudos to the seller for exchanging it so I could at least have a rear view image but not going to bother with recommending these poor excuses for cameras… I’m changing this review to 4 stars to reflect the outstanding customer service. After working with and being unable to resolve this issue due to an apparently non-compatible monitor, they provided a full refund. It’s nice to work with a company that genuinely wishes to resolve an issue. Thank you…

Great quality camera

I got this item this video for my car and I did not get the screw to lock the camera itself. The screw is missing

Purchased as a front camera for my 2002 Toyota 4Runner plate steel bumper to attach to a 2019 Kenwood receiver. It didn't work initially but as the instructions dictated you would have to cut the orange wire for 1080/720 compatibility. I reached out to customer support and they replied within a day with the confirmation to cut the wire and reset the system. It worked and the adjustability is great. I have 5yr old rear camera and its not nearly this clear, I may purchase another to swap it.
