Move over coffee...
I love this product. My trainer recommended it because I was dragging after starting to work out at 5:30 am. I drink half before the work out and the other half during and it keeps me going and energized through the morning rather than dragging like a teacher at 3 pm on Friday. I haven't tried the raspberry flavored drink yet but it is next on my shopping list. My one warning, don't take it in the evening if you need to get to sleep, you'll be channeling your favorite 3 year old who doesn't want to go down for a nap.
