Good little laundry line
Used this for an upstairs laundry room closet and it works perfectly for an out of the way drying line when needed. It’s innocuous enough to stay out even when we aren’t using it. Nicely designed and easy to install.

Cheap buy, cheap product
The spring in this broke within the 5 minutes it took me to install it to my walls. I stretched it the length I needed for my studio apartment and then the sting wouldn’t roll back in. I can hang up the string but it’s not even retractable anymore. Defeats the purpose of buying a retractable clothesline when it’s now just string hanging out.

Didn't make it through the summer
It a good idea, but poorly made. After about 3 months of occasional use the spring inside broke.

Solid little gadget
Solid little gadget. Pleasantly surprised for the price. My last one cost twice as much and was flimsy in comparison.

Overall pretty good. Retraction can sometimes be very fast and can cause injury if not careful.

Well made easy to install. Installed in laundry room, use for item that dry better on hanger rather than in my dryer,out of the way when not needed.
