Very comfortable, great for beast feeding, and the heat is very nice. It’s not so much of a massage chair it just vibrates but still feels good. This was a baby shower gift and I love it

So far I am extremely pleased with my chair.It is so comfortable.My neighbor felt the same way.The only thing I will say and it isn't negative. If you are single and especially old like meHave delivery person put inside homeI was gone when it was deliveredI was able to push in garage but I'm pretty strong for my age.Anyway 5 stars !!!!Don't try to put together takes two people.Thank goodness my Daughter and Son in Law did am excellent job.Also love the heat massage!

Delivered in a timely matter. Chair did arrive in 4 pieces and was easy enough to assemble. I’ve had the chair for a few months now, is still holding up to its sturdiness and the massage and heat features are great. I’m around 5’6 125Ibs and can fit comfortably with my 60Ib dog. Got this chair in early January and still working the seating cushion in, but over all comfortable.

This was very sad, I bought two chairs from this company. One a recliner and One a lifting recliner. I bought the lifting recliner because my husband is barely able to walk or stand up. The chair arrived and I attempted to put it together. One arm rest popped into place the other would not after several attempts and a back spasm I gave up. Contacted the company and was told I would get no help unless I emailed a video of the problem. I told them I didn't have access to tech to make that happen. So... they could not help me. The second recliner arrived and the same issue occurred. One arm rest popped into the place the other side would not. I had someone come over and attempt to help and still no luck. I called the company again and was told send a video. I requested my money back immediately. Was told to return the chairs and then a refund would be given. Got a call back to say keep the chairs and I would still get a refund. What am I supposed to do With TWO broken chairs!!Highly disappointed as this was for my husband to help him maneuver with his disability.Would not recommend or buy again.

Set up quickly, and my husband loves it 😊I love the warm brown tones, it looks better than I expected, and is very soft feeling.My husband sits in it for hours at a time, says its Very comfortable. Our large grown son sits in it to play video games, its his favorite gaming chair now

I searched for a Power Lift Recliner Chair for my elderly husband to replace a manual lift recliner as he can no longer get out of a regular recliner without assistance.I deleted this Flexispot’s power lift recliner because it was the least expensive.In attempting to select the color to completed the Amazon ordering information, apparently I selected an identically priced very nearly identical looking recliner that did not have a power lift. My husband could not get out of it so I asked to replace it with the power lift recliner. Joanna from FlexiSpot called me and empathetically listened to me and sent us the power lift recliner I meant to order. She did not want us to return the recliner I’d ordered by mistake and asked me to give it away. The man who moved and assembled both recliners for us wanted the one we couldn’t use and was happy I gave it to him.I thank Joanna and FlexiSpot for listening to me and helping my husband get a very comfortable inexpensive power lift recliner he needs so he can get in and out of it without assistance.
