Q: Can I spray this on dog poop to harden it?

Yes but you need to use 1 can per poop.

Q: Does it work to freeze warts?

Not as effective as compound W. And Compound W isn't as effective as liquid nitrogen. The temperature for freezing warts with this product is not enough to freeze the warts off completely. i suggest you go to the dermatologist. I used this product and it took off the wart but a dormant layer kept growing back.

Q: What is the difference from 403A

According to MG's website, 403C is the "Advanced environmentally friendly formula," whereas 403A is "Economical."
