Comfortable in use, perfect weight for combatting bingo wings as part of general fitness exercises
I was advised by trainer to use this weight - enough to make you work a little harder and trim excess fat when used as part of aerobics training sessions, made my arms and back leaner and tighter and upped my heart rate gently to the desired level but not too heavy for an older person seeking to regain fitness after a large operation. These are meant for use with lots of reps as part of adding resistance to aerobic exercise to trim down bingo wings to lean slender arms and upper body rather than to build ghastly bulging biceps, chunk neck and lumpy excrescences of the uber-body-builder !
