Each component was individually wrapped in thick plastic cling. All of the components, except the colored touch-sticks, are made of metal. It is helpful in measuring vertical jump height. I have had no issues with it so far.

This is great for setting and breaking personal records.Each marker is spaced 1 centimeter apart from the other, or about 1/4 inch, but the markings on the sticks are in centimeters only.The installation is easy. Just make sure you have enough height to measure this and install it and for adjustable use later on.It's made of all bright square tube metal and is well-built. The flags are the only item that are made of a composite material.We are glad we got this. It's one of those items in a home gym that people cannot resist taking some jumps at when they see it.
