I'm impressed, personally I noticed a change on day one, i wasn't flagging mid afternoonand cravingsnacks, maybe as I was somewhat lacking in energy etc, but I certainly noticed a difference, after a few days i have more focus, feeing a bit more livley, more energy, I use the handy spatula and hang it inside my coffee mug on a morning and let it naturally dissolve, taste isn't too bad, not nice but not disgusting either, consistency is like tar, very thick n sticky, I'm told it's a good sign of the quality, it's something I will stick with as the initial effects after only a few days for me have been fantastic for me

Amazing stuff ! Very potent, can tell it’s good stuff, rich, think and strong smelling. Time will tell how much effect or has on me, but if you want top quality shilajit, look no further.

I've tried quite a few different manufacturers of shilajit from ones that made me ill to ones that you could tell was not the real deal then there was a couple that were really good and just by chance sacred summit I gave a chance and is definitely one of the good ones probably top to be fair. Much thicker and tar like than other brands, the taste is quite smoky. Dissolved in coffee the taste is hardly noticeable.The dosing spoon is excellent and works really well to hang on your cup while it dissolves.Can't comment on the effects just yet as I've only been having it a week or so, previously I've had really good results with energy levels and sleep quality, so recommend giving it a go.

Shilajit has helped me alot while working nights this year gives you alot of energy makes you feel stronger and better in yourself happier mood and I enjoy the taste In my coffee or tea. I will always use from now on I'm sure it has helped me not get as sick aswell throughout the year and I recover within 12to 24 hours from cold n flew symptoms.

This is the second time I have tried Shilajit and the first time using this brand sacred summit: my experience is that sacred summit is by far a superior product the taste is something between road tar and pen ink which is totally different to my first experience which tasted much more like mouldy marmite. I’d recommend sacred summit the shilajit is packed well and the measuring tool works much better than the little sticks I have been provided with first time around. I will put a further review after I have been taking the product for a few more weeks but so far so good increased energy and productivity in the gym
