Not all flavors are equal
Good flavors (generally). Haven’t liked the seasonal flavors if I’m honest (apple cider or cucumber lime).Doesn’t bother my stomach when running and the flavor isn’t too strong or sweet.

For Cucumber Lime Gatorade Lovers
Flavor wise this is for the cucumber lime Gatorade lovers of the world. It gives the same flavor profile but fresher and better, leans more heavily on the cucumber side with no bitterness. I add lime juice because I love lime too. Favorite thing about this brand is the low ingredient list and the ability to control intensity of my drink easily. 19g of sugar for a full scoop feels like a lot but it’s less than Gatorade and I haven’t felt the need to use a full scoop. It’s a bit pricier than I want to spend every time , so it will be in my rotation but I’ll have to stop myself from reaching for this every time I need extra electrolytes.

Alot of Sugar!
Very disappointed I absolutely loved the taste of this but then saw label with the sugar content 38%! So I will NOT be buying again. Those who need to eliminate or moderate their sugar intake BEWARE this is NOT the product to buy😭. I love the cucumber/lime flavor & it's very hard to find I thought my quest was over but....

Delicious
I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte beverages and this is my favorite. Light and refreshing.

This is a lifestyle product, not for everyone
I cannot believe the nutritional information on the package. I tried to return it, and it is not returnable because it is a food product. After reading the reviews I was excited to try this product, but when it arrived it gave me pause. The 1st ingredient is cane sugar, 1 scoop reportedly has 19 grams of sugar (how is that possible in a scoop), and a woman's recommended daily allowance is 14 grams. That would put 74 calories in each scoop, which is just under the 80 on the package. The next ingredient is Dextrose - soooo... Nope! This is not a healthy option unless you are having a diabetic crisis or you are found after being lost for days in the elements. Otherwise, to me is not worth the risk to my kidneys. Before posting this I did call customer service, of course I do my homework, unfortunately it was a Saturday and I left a message. I will update this review when I get some answers.Update! The customer service is top notch. I received a call from a cheerful person the next business day. We discussed why I wanted to return the item, they sent me the lemon-lime hydration pouch. It is unsweetened with 10 calories. I put it in my water bottle at work, and I was impressed with the light flavor, the dissolution without settling on the bottom, and the bump in energy. I am impressed! Thanks so much! I will look for more of this product in the future.FYI - I was visiting family and saw they had the chews from Skratch. They are runners training for a marathon and like the flavors too!

Cucumber Lime
I am obsessed with this cucumber flavor. I drink this every day since I bought it this summer. It is so fresh and light tasting. It really does promote better hydration for me. I take with me on the run and cycling. I fill my bottle up with crushed ice and this hydration mix. Good to go. Absolutely no muscle cramps.

Sugar water
For all the talk of using real fruit essences and oils… this tastes like nothing but sugar water. There’s no salinity or acidity, no real flavor of cucumber OR lime. Odd, as the powder actually has an aroma to it, but I’ve mixed with water… nothing. I find it hard to believe anyone in R&D could have tasted this and actually thought it represented the advertised flavor in any way whatsoever. Skip it.
