Expensive to replace but they do the job!
I use these in my finished lower level with the mammoth air purifier. The lower level doesn’t get used as much as it did so I have to replace them more often to obtain a “clean” smell. Pricey but worth it.

Needed seal removed to fit older model
Not exact fit. Foam seal on bottom edge had to be removed to install. Older model, filters did not have a seal on this surface.
