TV Locked in Safe Mode
Unfortunately when the TV arrived and was powered on, it was locked in safe mode and we were unable to disable the function so had to return the item and look for an alternative product.

Worst Picture Quality
Very poor picture quality. I have never such a worst quality of picture in any tv. Having lots of complicated settings options that a common man never understands. Tried all combinations of settings but still the quality is worst. Never recommended.
