Been using this for about 3 weeks now and it’s honestly made a difference. I usually take it once a day after workouts, sometimes twice on rest days if I need the boost. Also a side note to mention is that with full fat milk it’ll boost the calories to 700 or so. The strawberry flavour is actually decent—not too sweet or fake tasting like some others I’ve tried. Mixes well in a shaker with water or milk, no major lumps or chalkiness. Haven’t had any issues with digestion or bloating either, which is a big plus for a mass gainer. Ive tried a few different brands and like this one after exercise or if I don't want to cook as it gives good energy and quick to mix. I have a sensitive stomach and this mix gives no issues for me like others.. flavour is just right and it mixes well with water or milk and is easy to drink. Best mixed with a mini blender but is OK mixed with a fork.
