This machine is well worth the money and is durable. Works as it should and the instructions are easy to follow. Can be a bit perplexing at first trying to get the hat and keep the hat positioned in place on the ironing base (almost need 3 hands). Heats up fast, beeps when turned on and after heating up to desired temperature. It's light-weight and small enough for easy storing. Pressure is needed when applying iron on decal. Machine is appealing to the eyes and quite petite.

Hat press burned the heat transfer and hat. Used for the first time today and was super disappointed. Keep in mind the heat press was on for less than ten seconds before I smelt burning. Wasted hat, product, and past my return window for the heat press. Super disappointed.Update- tried it for the second time. This time was MUCH worse. Product fell apart, smells like burning plastic, and my table has a burn mark. No one has reached out to me from the company and I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

This is a great product - small and can be put away for sage storage if needed. Does not take up a big place on your work area. Has multiple heat settings and have had no issues with patches securing to my hats.

This is no frills and got the job done. The whole thing does get a little warm but was good for my 12 piece project

it does work... gotta follow instructions... set at 302 setting... first pre-heat material for about 8 seconds... then add dtf and cover with butcher paper... do 3 , left- top- right with slight pressure... each at 10 seconds... and voila! allow to cool to warm... massage DTF to materail if necessary... slowly and carefully roll back peel the dtf away... works beautiful... but DO NOT OVERCOOK... anything over ~45 seconds will start to cook DTF and fail... good luck :)

Super easy to use. Looks nice and functions as described. Used it on a few years and even a T-shirt, worked great! Have only used it with patches and the heat is great for that, not sure what else you could use it on and what heat requirements are needed, bit for your regular patches on trucker hats, baseball caps and cotton T-shirts, works great! Definitely recommend for the price.

It will not stay on, even after Al the troubleshooting suggestions. It was a gift so by the time I received it, opened it & used it, it was too late to return😢

This press works well. It is sometimes difficult to position a ball cap due to the size of the base. However, it just takes a little bit of time, practice and patience to have good outcomes. Different heat levels are convenient. Recommended
