This filter wool works on the principle of electrostatic attraction. This is where the waste particles from your aquarium/pond will stick to the filter wool like a magnet. This method of filtration is very effective at removing waste particles from the water column.
- 💧 Our filter wool is ideal for use within all filter types, including internal filters, external filters and pond filters alike. This filter wool can also be used in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Simply cut the filter wool to size using scissors.

- 💧 Please Note: Depending on roll size and thickness, this filter wool may be vacuum packaged to allow for easy transport. Once filter wool arrives, please remove all packaging and allow 24-48 hours for the filter wool to expand to within the quoted thickness range.
