The media could not be loaded. This is quite a small light, height is 19.5 cm and that includes the solar panel at the top. As this would be quite lost in my garden I've got this for indoor use. I can charge the solar panel on the windowsill and it lights up beautifully in the evenings. It has three modes and the switch is on the base but the flame effect really is by far the nicer choice. I've not decided where to use it so tried it in a couple of places, somewhere down the line I could imagine putting it in front of mirrors to increase the effect and almost create a fake fireplace! A very nice warm glow. Photos/video don't quite succeed in capturing it!

I bought one of these lights and was really pleased. Great flame effect. I looked for larger lights but settled for buying a set of 3 to make an impact. Unfortunately one doesn't work and I can't through Amazon contact the seller to swap it. You win some, you lose some. Still a good light. Probably easier to exchange one than a set.

Works really well as long as it’s in direct sun light during the day , looking really cool during the night

I have installed these units inside my sun porch and they look great at night. They do need bright sunlight to charge them but look super at night.

It needs lots of sunshine, I have many other solar lights, and this one looks to be performing worst as compared to others. Not worth spending money on this. Poor performance.

My initial enthusiasm was misplaced. Out of the 8 I have. 2 don't work at all, 5 on their way out and 1 working fine. Unfortunately as noted in other reviews there is no way of opening the units to replace the battery. Would not recommend for the price. Dissatisfied. Expect more than 10 months out of a purchase

Amazingly solar lights!! You will not be sorry when you purchase these. They are stunning! 2mins to install. I've already bought two more.
