Will it work on prescription glasses?

I would not risk it. It seems to leave a light haze on the CD's I've tried this on but maybe glasses or a different kind of cloth would change the results (I tried 100% Cotton wash clothes, microfiber clothes, and lens cleaner wipe).

Will it take scratches out of laptop lids?

Your question is a bit ambiguous, by “Lap top lid” I’m assuming you mean the screen? If so I would not use any product on the screen without contacting the MFG: for their recommendations I’m sure their response will depend on the material used in the manufacturing process, I have one laptop that has a glass screen and one that is a soft plastic material.

Will this remove the scratches & repair the cds dvd & blu ray discs?

I don't know about if it will work on a cell phone case but it has not worked on any plastic product I have tried to use it on.
