I live in an area where the tap water has a strong chlorine "pool" smell and lingering concerns about PFAS. After getting tired of refilling a pitcher four times a day, I upgraded to the Waterdrop 10UB. For the price, the peace of mind and convenience are unbeatable. The Breakdown: Filtration Performance: The difference in taste is night and day. It effectively removes that chemical chlorine aftertaste and is tested against NSF/ANSI 42 (for taste/odor) and NSF/ANSI 53 (specifically for lead and PFAS). Unlike many basic filters, this one actually targets "forever chemicals" (PFOA/PFOS), which was the main selling point for me. +1 The "11K Gallon" Capacity: This is the workhorse of under-sink filters. Most filters at this price point give you maybe 2,000 gallons. At 11,000 gallons (roughly 12 months of use), you can use this for drinking, cooking, and filling the dog's bowl without constantly worrying about "wasting" the filter life. Installation: I am far from a plumber, but I had this up and running in about 15 minutes. It uses push-to-connect fittings that are basically foolproof. The kit includes a dedicated brushed nickel faucet, which feels much higher quality than the plastic ones you usually see. Pros: No Waste Water: Unlike Reverse Osmosis systems, this doesn't waste a single drop of water and doesn't require a bulky storage tank taking up your whole cabinet. Fast Flow: Even though it’s filtering out lead and PFAS, the flow rate is solid. It fills a 12oz glass in a few seconds—no more standing around waiting for a slow drip. Space-Saving: The filter is slim and vertical. I still have plenty of room for my cleaning supplies under the sink. Cons: Does NOT Lower TDS: A common misconception is that this will lower your TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading. It won't, because it leaves in healthy minerals like calcium and magnesium. If you want 0 TDS water, you need an RO system. Dedicated Faucet Required: This specific model (10UB) comes with its own faucet. If you want to connect the filter directly to your existing kitchen faucet, you should look at the 10UA model instead.

This unit was very easy to install and all the components are of great quality. The manual and instructions are fairly thorough and all the parts you need are provided. The water tastes great, and has good water flow to it. The finish on the faucet matches our existing faucet and it is easy to clean. It even comes with a filter change reminder alarm. We did have an issue with the system when all the sudden the water would stop flowing after a half second. We went through several iterations of troubleshooting with customer service over a few days and ultimately it was determined the filter housing was defective. They sent us a complete replacement unit and once installed the issue was completely resolved and we have been using the system for almost a year now with no issues... And now I have spare parts of needed. I will say I was extremely impressed with their customer service. They were prompt, knowledgeable about their product and very helpful. This is very rare nowadays, so I'm sold on the customer support and how they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend this brand and this unit to anyone.

My brother shared this product with because we kept buying water bottles and jugs. We save so much money now with a water filter at home. The water tastes great. It was easy to install. It is long enough for the big pots. Its water filter functions good and quick.

Easy installation, Drinking water very good taste !

I bought this to replace an older waterdrop that had lost water flow. The installation was easy once I figured out how the pipes under my sink were arranged. The flow on it is great, equivalent to my regular faucet. My only issue is that the tubing for the unit is very large and very stiff, so it take up a lot of room under the sink. Not a problem for me, because I wasn’t using that space for anything, but worth considering if you keep a lot under there.

Easy to setup. Works great and filters the water wonderfully. You can taste the difference. The faucet has great flow and fit in where the sprayer would go. Only gripe was it was missing an o ring on the coupler. I had to put an o ring on so it wouldn't leak when I hooked it up to the water. Other than that. 5 stars.

Love this filter! I've been using it for 8 months now. Installation under the sink was easy. The flow rate on this is amazingly fast compared to the water out of our refrigerator. It filters our city water so it tastes like pure bottled water. We use it for our coffee maker to keep the hard water calcium build-up and sediment at bay. I open a new bottle of water in the morning, and use this to fill the bottle the rest of the day...it only takes seconds to fill.

Efter inkoppling satta jag i närheten av köket. Hörde då ett ylande visslande ljud. Visar sig att filterkranen började läcka inuti samt gick inte att stänga av. Tvingades att koppla ur den efter FYRA timmar!!! Ingen retur möjlighet då köpet & montaget var veckor för långt isär. Ännu en kina shop med dålig kvalitet.

Système parfait rien à dire, pour transformer l'eau du robinet en eau potable Depuis six ans l'eau du robinet je décante dans le frigidaire et je consomme. J'ai tester de mettre l'eau du frigidaire dans un petit thermos inox et 48 heure après l'eau à un gout! et avec waterdrop j'ai fait la même chose, c'est parfait pas de gout pour moi c'est la preuve de son efficacité je vous conseille vivement très simple à installer dans l'arrière cuisine avec un Y sur le branchement du lave linge
