Great for keeping your instruments organized
I bought these for my dental instruments at work. They clean up really well and have been going through the autoclave repeatedly just like the expensive versions. A real bargain.

not deep enough for me, but the quality seems good enough
If you're just using the thinner handled instruments, this should be fine. I wasn't able to fit a wide (ergonomic) instrument handle / dental mirror in it. The tray isn't deep enough to close with the angle of a dental mirrior in it. If it was maybe 20% thicker, it would be perfect for dental instruments. That being said, I put all of my sinus elevation instruments in it and it works beautifully for that.

Avon Surgical’s Cassettes Box has been a technician saver
My fellow technicians and I have been very happy to have this for our dental probes and other similar instruments! We were previously just wrapping them for sterilization and the probes would always be stuck either in the gauze we put at each end to prevent it getting stuck and out of the wrapping, or get stuck in the wrap itself. Now that we have this cassette box for our probes, we don’t struggle with that issue! We have only had it for a week and have autoclaved it each day and is holding up great. I am extremely happy with this product.
