Professional results with some extras
Good battery, was able to get professional results using: 1. Wit Rigs YouTube video on Pixel 3 XL battery replacement. You'll need to pay close attention to the cables being plugged and unplugged in the video. Not mentioned: you need to carefully detach the black sticker with circles found on the back of the original battery, which is the wireless charging coil. 2. Double sided mounting tape (Kaisiking on Amazon) to attach the battery. There is some sticky tape that comes with this kit but not sure if it's meant for the battery. 3. A precut back cover adhesive to reattach the back cover. You can probably use strips of #2 to create the same but it's slower and trickier. 4. Goo Off adhesive remover to remove the old adhesive. I didn't use the included tools, I used my own. I worked slowly and carefully watching the video and was able to get it looking like new in about 5 hours. A lot of time is needed because you have to remove most electronics in order to replace the battery. You remove the electronics to avoid destroying them while separating the battery from the case, as the battery has strong adhesive.

First battery did not work but the second did. The seller is excellent.
The first battery they sent me did not work at all. My old battery was working but wouldn't hold a charge for long so I bought this one. This Maxbear battery had some charge on it already to run my Pixel 6 Pro but would not recharge. I put the original battery back in and it would re-charge. I then bought a competitor's battery and it worked great and would recharge. So two other batteries I had would recharge, but whenever I reinstalled this Maxbear junk battery it would never recharge. The seller is excellent though. They sent me another Maxbear battery and it does work this time.

Should have more battery live
Should last more than the original battery, but it goes down to 20% after 8 hours, with low phone use. Even my original battery with 50% capacity last more than this. I do not recommend this.

Battery Worked Great - Instructions Poor
Five stars for the battery. Minus two stars for super skimpy instructions that are poorly translated. I could forgive the poorly written, super skimpy instructions if they had pointed to a YouTube video. I found a video on YouTube video that was very detailed. Without the video the job would have been pretty difficult to figure out. Everything is so small this job is better done under a stereo microscope. Mine microscope was in another state. I thus missed a connector right next to the battery on the side that got bumped loose but looked still connected. It was during trying to overcome the adhesive under the battery. As a result a big nothing happened. No response to charge cord plug-in and no boot-up. Took me going back in three times to finally find the problem. I almost gave up. Check every connector, even the ones you don't remove as part of the battery swap process. This job is not easy, even for experienced people. Lots of fiddling and it's easy to make a small mistake that will give you serious grief. The biggest issue is the adhesive on the cover and under the battery. It's very important to get the phone nice and toasty (but don't get it damaging hot), or that adhesive will give you hell.

Works, but not 4500MaH, but not under stock capacity
Capacity when in device does not show the 'upgraded' capacity, but does work none the less. The cheapest replacement I could get but worked great. Holds charge so far after 4 days

Complete and straightforward battery replacement kit
The kit comes with everything you need to replace the battery in a Pixel 3. I used a Youtube video to guide me through the swap, and it was fairly easy. Make sure you get all the connectors seated. You do compromise the factory water seal when replacing the battery, and this is true for all phones of this type, so not a flaw in this kit. The battery fit, perfectly and has worked, flawlessly, for well over a week. Excellent product, price, and transaction!

Tools don't work, need your own torx and prybars and cards and a heat gun
So there's no way this has more than stock mah. It doesn't last a day and I don't even use my phone that much anymore. At work I can't have my phone and at home I have a PC so it mostly sits around and until YouTube on the toilet or I go somewhere. It seems to last the same amount of time no matter the usage I think? Idk, also tools were useless. Worse than useless if you didn't have your own... The metal spatula thing is made of the softest steel Ive ever touched. The torx bit was too big and the picks are too thick. If I didn't have my own prybars and bit and suction cup, I wouldn't had a torn down phone sitting around till I can get those things. Only reason it gets 2 stars is cuz it hasn't blown up in weeks of use
