I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.

I've been using nasal dilators for years and would certainly rate this amongst the best and most comfortable. The expandable wings to fit the unique internal size of each nostril is a useful feature. The fact that the dilator only impinges on each nostril in a narrow circle means that it impinges less on the nostrils than cylindrical dilators. They are on the expensive side - especially if you follow the maker's advice to replace each dilator after 10 uses. I don't see why this should be necessary as they feel like silicone rubber which should survive multiple washings. I'll update this review when I have the answer to the above.

I have never been able to test it for the night as I can't even keep it on for 5 mins. Very uncomfortable, no matter the size I pick. It either squeezes my nasal cartilage to the point that it hurts, or it easily falls out. I cannot even phantom how you could forget you are wearing it.. According to my experience, the whole concept of having something stuck deep inside your nose and be expected to relax and fall asleep, is just plainly unrealistic

I have a deviated septum following an injury which has impacted my ability to breathe effectively through my right nostril. I bought these without much faith they would work, but the result/ difference was immediate. For the first time in years I could breathe deeply through my nose without resistance or ‘whistling’, and the relief was incredible. Using them whilst sleeping was a learning curb - they aren’t uncomfortable, but I had to adjust to the sensation of having something foreign inserted in my nose. But now I’m used to it. I have personally noticed my sleep quality improving & my smart / fitness watch has registered an improvement in my blood oxygen levels so it does have verifiable benefits in that respect too. For people unsure about the ideal size required I would advise getting the pack with the 3 varied sizes first to test out, as there no standardised way to advise on what size to purchase. Personally the smallest size was perfect for me, but my husband needed a medium. The guidance is that each insert is good for a fixed number of uses, but in all honesty if I adhered to that it would render these out my budget to use consistently. As such I personally just wash / sterilise and reuse until I determine it’s time for a new unit. As of now this has caused me no issues.

Since the stated purpose of this device is to increase nose breathing and reduce mouth breathing, I have to say that it works for me. In fact, two of the three sizes in the pack work for me. But both sizes which worked were somewhat uncomfortable, and I can't wait to take the device out of my nose when I'm using it. There's a measure of adjustment, but I couldn't find any setting that was really comfortable, despite a lot of tweaking. Also, if you have a cold, the results can be rather.... icky. It's easy to wash, though. I question whether a device like this could be made agreeable to use. It's probably not the manufacturer's fault that it isn't. And it's still preferable to a night of snoring, and not just for me.

I have a deviated septum and have had rhinoplasty surgery to try and help me to get better breathing through my nose and also ti try and help with my sinitus. I have tried many nasal dilaters and the majority work to a degree I have had some that after using you realise that it had not chance of doing anything at all, fool me for buying them. I have tried plugs of different shapes and material; various strips, even the "super glue" variety from a well known manufacturer, yes these strips worked but would peel off my nose quite quickly, even after scrubbing nose clean. As you can see I have tried a lot, the MUTE product worked for me right out of the box, I got the large ones, I did not see any point in get the trial pack as I have always had to have large. I have made no adjustments to the product but it is nice to know I can expand or retract the amount of opening I require. Comfort for me has not been an issue, I have found them to fit well be un-obtrusive and they have not irritated me. I have worn them for anything from 4 hours to 18 hours without an issue other than the odd comment about my wife now has a way to control me with the nose ring. Sorry but, yes that has happened. I have slept with them in and not noticed them and my wife said it has calmed my snoring down as I can now breath through my nose at night. I wash them gently with some anti-bacterial hand wash and warm water. Do not use hot water as they may deform. All in all a great product that works for me, your money/value may vary.

I’ve always found it hard to breathe through my nose my whole life as I have a deviated septum…especially when I’m trying to sleep … I’ve tried a few things but they’ve not worked . These are amazing! I finally know what it feels like to have a normal nose! You need to spend a bit of time trying to get the fit right but once you do it doesn’t move all night . The first night it felt a bit strange but now I don’t feel it at all …..I will be a lifetime user if these !

These we’re comfortable enough to wear (even with a septum piercing), and I did feel like I could breathe easier through the nose. However it made no difference to my snoring.

La texture est souple et le bienfait immédiat pour respirer plus largement. La gêne ressentie au début s'estompe rapidement. Malheureusement, je ne le garde pas toujours toute la nuit, mais je ne sais pas s'il tombe tout seul ou si c'est moi qui l'enlève pendant la nuit dans mon sommeil. Je recommande cependant ce produit sans aucune hésitation.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Io lo uso per una migliore respirazione notturna a causa del setto nasale stretto. Ne ho provati svariati e questo funziona veramente bene. Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Estremamente soddisfatto.

Muy buen producto. Yo no ronco (o eso creo) pero durante la noche me cuesta trabajo respirar por algún tipo de alergia, lo cual me hace despertarme de noche y no descansar al 100%. Con este producto he podido dormir muy bien sin interrupciones. Lo único es que no estoy seguro de que dure 10 noches cada uno... anoche ya se me desprendio. Aun asi, vale la pena.

I bought almost all the nasal dilation products out there, this by far is the best one and the most well made for daily use. I tried the magnets and the straps and other products that go inside the nose, but nothing did the job like this one.
