Quality sound deadening for car doors.
Easy to peel and apply, decent quality and gives the doors a nice solid closing sound. Used on speaker adapters and they do not rattle or move at all.

4x4 Van is quieter now.
I did the doors of my 2009 Ford E350 4x4. I installed it to both the inside of the outer door skin and again on the inner door skin behind the removable door panels. I did all 6 doors with 2 rolls (some left over) and it made a very noticeable reduction to the noise inside when driving. I would say it was easiest to cut strips about 10 inches wide for ease of inserting inside the doors, butting them together as I went.

I used this to quiet HVAC noise and am happy with it.
Odd review, I purchased this to quiet fan and air noise at the intake box/fan area of my HVAC and a long boomy duct down in my basement, and it's working well for that purpose. The material is light and the adhesive is so far working holding it vertical and applied hanging to a ceiling surface, so I'm happy and it has noticeably helped. It's hard to cut clean with scissors due to the adhesive, so plan on using a razor if you want clean edges.Having said that it is a very light material, and might not be the best choice for applications where the added mass of the rubber/hybrid sound deadeners is a big help. But I think it's a practical choice for less critical areas that don't justify the cost of more expensive solutions. Think of it like as a light duty deadener and it's good.
