Q: I have small hands (women's xs or girls xl) - would this be too big for me? I can't tell

My wife has very small hands as well, but she has found that she can adjust the velcro to keep the brace on comfortably tight, and get relief.

Q: Is it possible to grip a tennis racquet or pickleball paddle when wearing this?

I'm going to say no to this. The brace keeps your thumb extended straight. You CAN bend the thumb a little, and grip a little, but I don't know if you can bend it enough to grip a racquet. They do have a good return policy, if you wanted to give it a try.

Q: I bought this for use during water sports. The directions say not to get it wet. Does this mean I need to return and get a different product?

This brace was used for support, not to be used as a sports glove. Since it clearly states not to get wet, I would not used it and return it immediately.
