Great machine!!
Bought this for Halloween party. Got it today and set it up and made a dozen servings quickly. Works as advertised. Easy to set up and easy to clean up. Bigger than it looks in the pictures so make sure you gave somewhere to store it.

Cotton candy machine
Thus is an great buy for our venue. The machine is easy to use and cleans up easily as well. It took no time to heat up. We were making cotton candy in no time. Can't wait to us either again.

Good Machine for the Price but...
Received the wrong power cord, it was either European or Chinese power adapter. Amazon support was not able to send the correct one due to polices but got a 20$ cord that's thicker gauge than the one provided worked well.Talking to support and asking about a small refund of the product to cover the cost of having to buy a new power cord was enough to cover the cost of picking up one. Same power cord for Desktop PC's or Monitors.Other than that small issue, I am happy with how it performs for the cost! Easy clean up. Pretty fast production, great cotton candy just like the county fair!I would not recommend using a travel power adapter to use with the wrong country power cord. They're not all built the same and the machine will use a ton of power and it might blow the adapter. Best to get a new cord that fits to plug directly into the outlet!

Happiness
We used this on Halloween and it was worth every penny! We were the neighborhood hit! Once you figure out how to spin the candy it turns out great 😊 however… get ready to be sticky 😂

Hazardous
I returned this item. I almost had my finger taken off by the exposed ears on the spinning head. The bowl needs to be redesigned to cover those. The VIVO brand has a bowl that covers the ears but the performance of the machine is terrible. This VEVOR made decent cotton candy at first but then started throwing globs of sugar instead of making strands.
