Not a bad taste
These electrolyte packets are a game-changer for hydration. The powder mixes smoothly without clumping, creating a clean, refreshing drink that’s easy on the stomach. The taste is light and not overly sweet, which makes it perfect for long training sessions or everyday use. What really stands out is the customizable sodium levels—finally a product that adapts to different sweat rates and conditions. It’s reassuring to know I can match my hydration to my actual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all formula. The individual packets are convenient to carry, whether for sports, travel, or work, and they dissolve quickly in water. They’ve helped me stay energized and avoid the sluggishness that comes with dehydration.

Highly recommended for heavy sweaters and athletes
These worked great for my Spartan race this weekend, felt noticeably less fatigued in the warm heat.

Misleading - 2 sachets is 1500
As described but I do find the sachets very misleading. 1500 on every sachet even though only contains 750mg.

10/10
If you sweat ++++ then this is 10/10Taste is fine and I easily add it to my endurance mix before a marathon but also after a very long run to keep me hydrated

Sehr bekömmlich bei Hitze.
Hab das Getränk beim letzten Hitze-Triathlon auf der Laufstrecke getestet. War sehr bekömmlich. Bin allerdings noch in der Testphase.

Strongest Electrolyte Packets
The strongest electrolyte packets I have found on the market. As a heavy and salty sweater these have been a game changer for me. I typically drink one of these at night to ensure I am topped up and hydrated, so if we get called to a fire in the middle of the night, I am fully hydrated and can perform to the best of my abilities. I no longer get cramps and these have made a world of difference in how I stay properly hydrated. -California Fire Captain

For heavy sweaters and indoor cycling
Excellent and effective product for heavy sweaters and/or cycling indoors. The supplier/manufacturer also sends a thank you with every purchase. Politeness is an often overlooked selling point. Well done!
