This is my second time taking them and I think they’re working. My mood seems more stable during shark week and I’ve noticed less bloating. I like how they taste and the texture is like a regular gummy bear. I think they’re expensive but I will continue to purchase as long as I see effectiveness.

I just ordered these and tried then for the first time ! Little back story on me my periods are awful to the point I would be in bed all day in terrible pain and I would bloat so bad I couldn't even get pants on ! My cramps where so bad I would get sick most of the time and be down for the count my lower stomach muscles would cramp and cause terrible pinching twisting pain ! But this product CHANGED MY LIFE it really worked for me my periods are way more manageable and I'm actually able to go about my day ! This product is amazing and I will continue to use this product my bloating is 10 times less then before and my cramps are not nearly as painful! I was completely in shock when I took this product I couldn't believe the difference these gummies have made in my life ! If your like me and suffer from terrible bloating and cramps you must try! So thankful for these for my daughter who couldn’t go prescription for her pain. If you take them early, they definitely work. So they only really work if you have a regular cycle and don’t forget. When she forgets, it’s bad. I tried it and it does help. Expensive, but worth it. I don’t love the texture/flavor, but my daughter does.

I have tried four gummies before these. They are by far the best! They help me with cramps and headaches and pain with the period. I have not had any side effects since I started taking these! I feel much better now that I have these gummies! They’re just wonderful!

I found out I cannot take NSAIDs anymore, and Midol really does not help. So I was optimistic when I found something to supplement the so-so relief acetaminophen gives. This product had a good creation story and decent reviews. Yes they taste good going down, and they do probably help to some degree - still not totally sold but I’ll finish them. Biggest observation for me was the horrible aftertaste left in your mouth, mainly back of your tongue that emerges even up to an hour or two later! I can’t believe no one else has experienced or mentioned it. A bitter, stale, awful thing. It’s bizarre. However if you are in my spot and can’t take ibuprofen, this is worth trying as an additional layer of protection from cramps and such. Most people seem to not be affected by the taste as I was.

I've taken these for a few months now and my normally terrible cramps and mood swings have been much more manageable. They don't eliminate symptoms entirely, but they do take the edge off, which can be life-changing depending on your situation. The gummies have a good flavor and are easy to take, though I find them a tad sweet and may switch to the capsules instead. The only real downside for me is the price. I don't know how realistic this is as a long term solution financially, but it's nice to know there are products our there that work to some extent.

These work so well. Helps relieve cramping, helps mood and bloating. I keep these on hand.

This actually helps! First PMS support that I’ve found that actually works with symptoms. It’s made my mood better. I take two in the AM and two in the PM. Taste is good, too.
