Life changer! This particular brand was recommended by my DR. Being 70, well 67 when he recommended, let's say I had some "issues" with stomach related, quick trips to the toilet hoping I'd make it in time. I hesitated on leaving this review only because I believe in gatekeeping life saving items. But I cannot shut up about this!! I already use the gel which helpd with some things. But I still had reoccurring UTIs, yeast infections, and BV. The BV smell was sooo bad I used to question if my coworker was taking a shower not knowing it was me. I literally smelled like someone who didnt bathe after the gym (embarrassinggg🥺🫣). This supplement is THEEE golden benchmark of women feminine products. Obviously the smell wont just vanish, but it isn't as strong and its definitely manageable
