EXCELLENT Customer Service
This bee house is adorable. I was skeptical about bee houses actually attracting bees but my love for bees compelled me to purchase this house and give it a try. I hung it and left it. I figured it would take weeks for bees to find it. After just a few days my husband called me over to see how happy we were making the blue orchard bees. They had already mudded in several tubes. I started checking the house every day. One day I went to see the bees and the bee house was on the ground. When I picked it up I found the loop to hang it with was broken. I got a new string and rehung it. I was concerned that maybe the bees would have moved on but they returned. I also sent an email directly to the company about the weakness of their product. please note that even after the fall the bee home itself was still in perfect condition. it is solidly built. The company was very fast to respond and very generous with their steps to rectify the issue with me. I am a very happy client and would totally encourage you to purchase this product. Save the Bees!

The bees already love it!
I like the way this bee house is made; the tubes go all of the way to the back of the house. I have another bee house where the tubes do not fill the whole house, and a bird pecked a hole in the thin wood of the house, and converted it into a ‘duplex’. For the third year, birds nested in my bee house; although this spring, there were birds and the bees still emerged. I think this one is has a much better design: There is nowhere for a bird to open it that isn’t occupied by tubes. As to the effectiveness, my husband was just holding the house, and a bee landed on a tube and went in. My husband was attaching it to a fence post, hadn’t even finished, and the bee started right in. In less than a month, 4 of the tubes are already filled. I am curious to see how well this woven covering holds up over time.

Attracted mason bees
This bee house will attract the mason bee, and perhaps others. It is relatively sturdy, and mine had secure tubes. However, the depth is not generous- the house is rather short in width. There is not an abundance of room for the next generation. I have it as a supplement to two other houses of a different design. As soon as I hung it, the bees were investigating and are using it. Whatever design or style you get, this is a fun little hobby and a conversation starter.I contacted the seller with an issue about the order. They were responsive and quickly made amends to solve the issue. I would buy from them again without hesitation. They are working hard to satisfy customers.

STRONGLY BUILT, MAXIMIZED BEE SPACE, EXCELLENT VALUE
If I had to build one of these myself, I would have copied this excellent design. A very functional and large brood chamber nest. An excellent gift for anyone concerned with his fruit tree pollination. However, remember no bees are included and must be ordered in the winter when they are dormant.

Not what I expected-UPDATED to 5 star.
I'm disappointed. The bamboo keeps falling out. I also have to sand them down due to sharp bamboo points that wherecut and not sanded clean prior to putting them together. You also have many very small bamboo that are so tiny ants could manage, not bees. Bought 5, all are build the same. HOWEVER, I have recieved replacements for the five and was grateful to the company. They replaced all five with well made, sturdy, beautifully contructed, and upgrade hanger option. They are well packed during shipment. They are a almost to pretty for outside. Thank you KIBAGA.

Mounting is a problem
We probably won't find out how well this works until next spring since the important pollination is pretty much done for the year. That out of the way, we live in an area that gets pretty heavy winds in the spring and that little twine hanger won't work well under those conditions. We're going to put a better hanger on the back (it's recessed, so it shouldn't be a major problem) and mount it where the wind won't bother it. Beyond that issue, it's pretty much as advertised and ought to work well. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Sturdy, well made, and ready for mason bees
We just purchased and received this mason bee house for our grandchildren. We are going to observe and document the activities of the mason bees. This house is sturdy, large, and is easy to hang up outside. We like it. We had a card with our mason bee house with the owners' photograph and it explained how Kibaga is small, family-owned business. Nice!

Super cute house for mason bees!
We just received our mason bee house and love it! It's very nicely made of bamboo and we've hung it where the sun will get it in the morning. There are many different sizes of small holes in it for the bees to choose their new homes. It looks cute next to the house. We liked it so much we ordered 2 so we could give one for a gift.
