I'm not sure where to start with this review as i have bought resin and capsules myself in the past and usually with the product in my hand, i can see what the supplement is providing.With this product, bottle, i cannot say what dosage is contained, other than the wording on a slide image on the amazon listing.Based on the suggestion of 1400mg, the serving suggestion is two capsules, so the dosage would be quite high compared to others i have seen, and i do see the extract ratio as 10:1, so i am fairly certain the numbers will add up, they are just not shown very clearly.For that reason its hard for me to judge the value and overall attractiviness of this product as a purchase.I need clear labelling on dosage and unfortunately for me, this hasnt happened with this shilajit.

So been taking these for sometime I believe it works make me feel more energetic less fatigue in the gym .. I feel great using this product will be using this again once finished.. I would recommend this product

Easy to swallow capsules. Good quality and value.

I have reviewed 3 different sets of Shilajit recently from various brands.I'm not here to sell you on the product, but rather if you already use Shilajit, should you use this one?Mountain Gold capsules come with a 10:1 Shilajit extract, but no information on the store page how this translates to mg or fulvic acid percentage - this is necessary information to inform a purchase and it totally missing. Bad form Mountain Gold, bad form!A tub costs £19.99 and has 60 capsules. The lack of necessary information on the store page really hold this back from a higher rating, especially considering the high end price.The capsules are easy to swallow, but on the larger side.Overall, a 3/5 for lack of consumer information.

Shilajit is a true superfood. There are so many benefits to taking it that everyone should be using it on a regular basis. These capsules are a great alternative for those who don't like the flavour of the resin.

The media could not be loaded.  A large tub of 60 soft shell capsules containing Hymalayen Shilajit.Tub is dark to protect the contents from getting spolit by the sunlight.Capsules are quite large in size so are not for the faint hearted as two of these need to be taken each day to achieve the maximum stated dose.To early to tell yet if they will have the desired effect..but I'm hopefull.Price is on a par with similar products available on the market at the moment.So far I would be happy to recommend.
