A-SHAMeteor Noodle with Danzai Sauce, 12 Packs, Gourmet Asian Taiwanese Healthy Instant Ramen Noodles

The most authentic Dan Dan Noodles I've found outside of my favourite hole in the wall ramen place in Tokyo. Dan Dan Noodles is my favourite dish and I've always wanted to make it at home but I was hesitant to buy this on Amazon because nothing - even well known supermarket brands - have come close to the real thing. But I saw the reviews of this one and gave it a go. Glad I did.The noodles are the perfect thickness and texture and the spicyness isn't burn your tastebuds off hot but it's for those of us who appreciate a good spicy dan dan noodle. The amount of sauce and sesame paste was a perfect ratio to the noodles as well (I used the entirety of both packets).The noodles only took 5 mins to boil (they weren't ready at 3 mins) and then you just mix in the sauce packets after you plate the noodles.Only "issue": the sesame paste comes out almost as a solid and won't spread in the noodles even when they're hot and wet. I recommend putting the sesame paste into a a separate bowl with a small amount of hot water to get it back into paste form before mixing it into the noodles otherwise you'll have chunks of sesame paste in your noodles.Outside of that this is a 10/10 for me and I'll absolutely be buying again. Bliss in a bowl.

I like the texture of the noodles very much. Unlike most other instant noodles, this one tastes like home made though it also takes much longer to cook. It also has only one pack of sauce to add and tastes much like the original famous noodles from Tainan, Taiwan.

Delicious. Thicker noodles in a thick sesame / sweet chili sauce. Put a fried egg on top and you got a fine meal. Earthy, simple, delicious.

Easy to make and good taste.

These noodles are delicious! The price here is a lot higher than in B&M stores, but it's still not a bad price for a quick and tasty lunch.

These are so good! Taste, texture, everything is perfect! But when I went to buy them again, the price had almost doubled so I didn't/couldn't. I appreciate the price increase because I'm trying to go on/stick to, a keto diet and these would be strictly forbidden on that so I appreciate that cost stands between me and these noodles. So why do I keep checking to see if they've gone down again?
