This foam roller is well-made and is perfect for deep muscle massages due to its firm design. It is well-packaged and also comes with a drawstring bag for storage. This foam roller is noticeably firmer than the roller that I previously owned, making it a better roller for massaging my back and shoulders. The ridges have a curved design which is more comfortable to use compared to my old roller. The brand's tutorial video is also helpful for me to learn the proper way of using it. This is a quality product, it’s very strong. The roller comes with a carry case that’s useful if travelling to exercise classes etc.Using one of these is rather a subjective matter, I had some benefit, especially for easing stiffness in tired calf muscles.I don’t think there is a better product of this type in terms of quality.

This foam roller is bigger and heavier than I expected but I like the sturdiness of it.Used first for back of leg pain relief and muscles as well as for lifting and rolling exercises . The foam pattern creates a massage effect as you roll over it ,it’s very firm, more than I expected and this can be a little painful on lower legs. However ,the resulting massage is very effective.The width is wider than those I have previously used and this gives more options of movement and less risk of slipping off .I found this roller too firm and uncomfortable for my back but it may be a case of trying less pressure exercises .A lovely lime green colour ,it looks almost architectural and visitor asked if I’d bought a funky new vase …. !Good quality and effective , at the higher end of price point when ordered at £36.99.
