Great buy for postnatal, especially if you’re breastfeeding for the long haul!My little lady was diagnosed milk intolerant at 7mths, and as I’m still breast feeding I’ve had to cut milk from my diet too (either that or switch her to lacto free/soya formula.. which is not for us!) I’d already been feeling exhausted and run down for some time and had been meaning to pick up some post vita’s .. these offered great value for money, & cover a multitude of supplements. They have no taste, and although both supplements are quite large, I’ve had no problems swallowing them, I felt a little sick the first couple of days but quickly realised that it does advise on the box to take with food.I was very surprised at how quickly I started to feel better in myself, more energy, less black bags under the eyes, colour in my skin etc.. probably should have taken them as soon as I finished my iron supplements post birth! They even have each little pill capsule labelled with the day, so when your sleep deprived or just have good old baby brain, you can tell when there’s you remembered to take them!Anyway.. mumma’s you can’t go wrong with these!

Pun absolutely intended, they"re so big but they work great. I used Seven Seas whilst pregnant and breastfeeding both times, after the first child I stopped taking these after two weeks because I'd stopped breastfeeding and I felt awful!!! This time round I carried on taking them months after stopping breastfeeding and I feel so good, my hair and my nails are growing so long and thick so quick!

Great value tablets and a high dose of vitamin D (which is what I needed most). Didn't make me feel nauseous so long as I took them with or just after good.You get a capsule and a tablet per day, both are quite big, not a problem for me but may be intimidating if you're not good with pills. I guess the tablet could be crushed and eaten with yogurt but not sure about the capsule.All in all a good buy.

I have used it all through my pregnancy and after having my baby as these vitamins contain all the ingredients a breastfeeding mother needs. It helps me with energy levels and is excellent for my baby's development too. This product is pricey.

My wife has been using these supplements throughout two pregnancy’s now as part of a healthy diet. If anything, it makes sure the mother and child have the necessary vitamins and minerals

Good quality but made me sick

Had these all the way through my pregnancy and they seemed to of worked really well for me. I love the fact that it comes with an additional omega 3 tablet as well.

No problem with the product, it's actually the only tablets I could have all the other made me feel horrible, these tablets are great. But the courier they used to deliver my pack were terrible, squished box so much my tablets had come out of the box.... still in the tray but out of the box, I have 3 kids and a dog... I'm just glad none of them had got hold of them (we were out when they were delivered .... at the hospital.... having our third!) So appalled by the delivery condition. But nothing wrong with product.

I made a mistake ordering this, and I had to return them, but I can say that the seller is great and I didn't have any problem with the return whatsoever.Sorry not being able rating the product but the only thing that I can say is that I have been using stage 2 pregnancy pills in the same brand and they worked perfectly, so I assume that this one will be great as well.
