I bought this as a gift in two colors. The recipient loves the shirts. Size Small was true to size.

These are my favorite workout shirts but I missed the return window to get the larger size in this color or exchange for different color in size that fits. Would be willing to change rating for shirt that fits

The large was suggested for me and it was way too big. I would suggest just getting your usual size for the type of product. Unfortunately, I had washed and dried it before I realized it was too big, so I couldn't return it. Otherwise, the garment is fine.
