Excellent carry on backpack
We were off on a long haul holiday, and after hearing friends' nightmare accounts of lost luggage, wanted to be able to pack everything into a carry on bag - as we had a total of 7 flights across 10 days. It was a struggle finding a case small enough to comly with one of our airlines dimensions, b ut the reviews for the Hynes bag were excellent so we gave them a go. We ordered the grey - which is more of a greenish grey colour; not the most attractive, but at the point of ordering it was either that or black. I see that the bag is now available in more colours. We combined the back pack with the Eono 3 set compression packing cubes. Although we never used them as backpacks, several porters did and it seemed very robust. We always wheeled them, and both wheels and handle were very strong and reliable -as were the zips. The two compartments were really useful and the outside straps were really helpful in helping compress the width a bit. We absolutely loved using these bags - and they have been a revlation in how we view packing from now on - carry on all the way if we can. I recommend them very highly

Practical design, sturdy, well made.
Very quick free delivery. (On Sunday!) First impressions on unpacking are that it is well made and sturdy. As are the packing cubes. Time will tell. I will review it again after a decent amount of use. The outer and inner material look like they will be showerproof but whether the zips will be is another matter. I think i will tuck a backpack raincover in just in case, in the pocket for the sewn in wheel cover. Overall I'm impressed with the design and build quality and looking forward to putting it through its paces.Update: A month in South east Asia. No breakages or tears. Used as carry on with no issues other than it was too big for one overhead locker on a short flight from Da Nang to Phnom Penh and had to go under the seat in front. I didn't use the padded laptop bag as it added too much bulk so slipped the netbook between the packing cubes in the main compartment. I ended up using the front compartment for papers and odd flat packing items as it tended to increase bulk. The packing cubes are an excellent idea, I will definitely buy a few more.

functional and lightweight
The bag is good looking, very light and stable when loaded. The item that I received had a production issue, so I wrote to Hynes Eagle and after several e-mails along with pictures they sent me a new backpack without require replacement. Such issue could happen with product of any brand but it is very important how the company deals with that. In this case - good customer service from Hynes Eagle. I haven't travel with the backpack yet and I hope it will last long enough. The bag is comfortable and well organised with compartment for laptop, tablet and other "business" stuff. It is good that you can leave the padded laptop/tablet sleeve home when you don't need it and use the front compartment for other stuff. The only cons are the relatively small wheels, the zippers that are not considered to be locked (still you could put a locker through the zipper handles) and the mesh back which is made to be comfortable when carry as backpack but it will get dirty easier if you have to put the bag on its back. It will be good to have a side handle, too, and a small pocket at the top for the toiletry bag when checking through customs. Overall - a good looking, comfortable (incl. as a backpack), lightweight suitcase-backpack hybrid with good internal organisation. You get more for the money you pay, if it lasts long enough - I hope so.

Great case for short break
Good sturdy case. I use it to travel for business for 2 nights out each week taking work clothes, evening wear and gym kit. Everything fits, snug but that is all you need. Front pocket is good size for bits and bobs. Don’t think I would you the laptop sleeve in most instances but it would be useful if I did a personal trip. The storage sleeves are great allowing you to separate your clothing making it easy to get at what you want without messing up everything. The wheels are sturdy but noisy, I am considering changing them, but that is me being really fussy. Great value

Great product.
Although there are cheaper products out there with the same functionality im glad I purchased this one as it looks like it wont expand too much so there should not be a problem using this as a carry on for the flight. The product seems to be well made, spacious and it looks good. Its definitely worth paying the extra money a getting this one this maybe irrelevant but I ordered this one and a cheaper alternative so when I compared this one to the cheaper verson this one looked a bit more elegant and seemed to have a better shape.

Too big to carry as backpack
Waste of money. Too big as a backpack, I was charged at the airport. And to have it as carry on is not practical I would rather buy a four wheel peace of luggage.

Good Quality & Versatile
Just the right size for on board with the major airlines. The srength of the fabric is reassuring with the knocks and bumps it got whilst the wheels were quiet and smooth. If your carrying a heavy load the waist straps are useful however its sturdy enough without them on medium loads.Really pleased with my purchase but the only cosnrtuctive feedback I could give would be that an outside zipped compartment would be useful.

Great wheeled/backpack carry on
I upgraded my previous carry on as I really wanted both wheels and backpack straps and after a LOT of research I kept coming back to this bag. Recently used as a carry on bag on KLM and then again for weekend breaks during an extended overseas visit and I loved it. Yes, it would greatly benefit from the addition of a side handle. So much so that I might look into having one added myself. But other than that I found it great. It fits so much, even large packing cubes, that I had to be careful I didn't overload it for the planes. The switch from backpack to pulled is effortless. I love the flap opening and all of the zips seem sturdy and smooth.

very good suitcase/backpack
light weight, can be turned into a backpack (which is good for some bad roads). because it's soft, there's no fear that it won't fit in the measurements at the airport. I have already made 4 trips with it and I like it, I highly recommend it.

Compra estupenda.

Dobra jakość i wykonanie, dużo różnych wewnętrznych kieszeni.
