Shayk Abdul Qadir Jilani is the leader of Islamic spirituality through Sufism. Translation of his work is excellent! I also loved all the information about his life at the beginning. Highly recommend this to anyone who is soul searching: First start out with Rumi's Masnavi and then make your way to this book bc this is for advanced to middle level Tasawuf/Sufi student readers. Many hidden secrets of love to unlock within yourself towards God. Helps you find purpose in the world and helps you powerfully remember what can happen if you control your nafs.

If I was to say that this book has changed my life, I would not be lying. It is such a "must read" for those who want to tread on the path of love. If you do not have any background in Sufism then it may be a bit difficult to grasp at first, however it is an amazing book. There are spiritual secrets written in this book that you will have to work hard to find anywhere else. Do not just read them, try them as well and see where it takes you! Happy travelling on the Path of Truth!
