Excellent customer service.
Prompt delivery of puzzle followed by excellent after-sales customer service. Puzzle was as challenging as expected, great fun. Great gift for a lover of mysteries
I needed a gift for someone who is really tricky to by for. He loves mysteries and so I thought this might be something a bit different. He was very pleased with the gift. I will update when he has completed it as a few reviews have said these puzzles sometimes have pieces missing.

Great fun
I bought a shop damaged box. The puzzle is missing one piece but it does not affect answering the murder mystery. This puzzle is a lot of fun.

Good fun and great for all ages to enjoy together
Really enjoyed competing this mystery puzzle as did my 13 year old niece and 18 year old nephew after everyone laughed at me having a jigsaw! I enjoy the challenge of completing with no picture but its time consuming and not for those looking for a relaxing puzzle ..

A nice twist to a jigsaw
Purchased this for my mum as she loves jigsaws and had recently enjoyed her first one where the picture on the box is not what you are actually building!Liked the premise of the whole background murder mystery, and it did not disappoint. The pieces are well crafted, although perhaps a little thick for some of the more detailed aspects to be seen properly when they cross a join. The story is well written, consistent and rounds the whole thing off once the puzzle is complete. Really enjoyable

Perfect birthday gift
My other half loves anything to do with the Titanic so I was delighted to find this Titanic puzzle, as was the birthday boy.Very happy

5 stars for fun, but a little touch to keep together
This is a great mystery puzzle that my family and I enjoyed. However, we found that this is one of those puzzles that just doesn't stay together very well if you bump into the pieces, so it was tough when we rolled it up in our puzzle mat to complete another day. Still a great time for the money!

Fun puzzle
a high quality puzzle. Fun to do and great story line. Fun guessing the mystery/riddle for the whole family. Well worth it. I would recommend to anyone.

My aunty loved this
Bought this for my aunty who loves puzzles and loves a challenge. She said this was one of her most satisfying and best experiences and wants to get more. Although her english isn't the best she didn't really read the story but still enjoyed the outcome.
