Had a hiccup at first, but these tools have earned my respect
When I first got this M18 kit, both batteries wouldn’t charge right out of the box. I thought I’d gotten a bad set, but after working with them a bit and doing a few full discharge/charge cycles, they started taking a charge properly. Since then, I’ve added a couple more M18 batteries to the lineup, and I’ve used the ever-loving daylights out of these drills and impacts. The power and balance are top-notch. They’ve handled everything from building projects to truck work without skipping a beat. The triggers are smooth, the torque is consistent, and they feel solid in your hands — no cheap plastic anywhere. I use them almost daily now, and they keep performing like new. ⭐ Rating: 5/5 — Minor battery issue at first, but rock-solid tools that pull their weight every day.

A Great Introduction to Milwaukee Tools
A friend recommended Milwaukee tools to me, and this kit was a great discovery. I found it for $250 CAD, which was an excellent deal. Milwaukee is another reliable brand that has proven itself, so it is hard to go wrong with this kit. A major advantage is that the batteries are compatible with other tools in the M18 product line. Just make sure to check battery compatibility when purchasing additional Milwaukee products.
