No, it doesn't, but you can get a USB to HDMI adapter.

Can I use an external mic?

Unfortunately no. There is a headset port but not one for a mic. If you use a headset with a built in mic, such as a gaming headset then yes you can.

Can you play Minecraft?

You may be able to play the versions from the Alpha and Beta phases. Do not count on this laptop to play any of the Minecraft updates from the past 5 years.

No hdmi ports 1 usb c, 1 usb a port. If you need hdmi or sad card reader, you can buy a dongle usb hub and get both, I did this
