Love the flavor. This was actually recommended to me by my doctor. I have an adrenal issue, so this product along with another product they make called Spark. Both were recommended. They work great and all the flavors taste amazing. But this is my favorite.

The BEST for hydration! I've had opponents almost collapse on the tennis courts from dehydration and this has practically saved their lives!If you add it to room temperature water, it will mix well. If not, just shake it before you drink it.I always drink one before a match.It's also good if you've had a few too many... just drink 1 before bed.

On the expensive side but works!

Not our favorite flavor but still works wonders for my children with Tae Kwon do! We were turned on to Rehydrate from a fellow student at our DoJang when my oldest son collapsed from Neurocardiogenic Syncope. This peoduct works wonders to help with replenishing his blood pressure to normal status! I only gave 3 stars due to flavor and product was close to its expiration date!

My husband uses his product when he goes golfing. He really likes it. This is the second time I have ordered it.

sickenly sweet and one per day is more than enough even through hard outdoor high heat physical activity....otherwise you will vomit.
