Spider Catcher - 2 Stick handle version

I don't like killing spiders that come into the house, and I have other spider catchers, but they're not good if a spider runs into a corner. This catcher works well in those cases. You can fit the sqare against a corner of skirtingboard, or stairs, slide the cover across carefully, and remove the spider without harming it. The handle could do with being an extra six inches longer for those who really don't want to get close to spiders, but it's long enough for most people. You have to be careful when releasing the spider, when you let the cover out, so you don't harm it. It's been able to catch the biggest spiders that we get in the UK.

This is a replacement for my last one that I broke after many years of use. These are brilliant for guilt free clearing of creepy crawlies and especially wasps from your house while keeping your distance and setting them free outside with a turn of the wrist. I wouldn’t be without mine.

We get a lot of Harvestmen spiders in our house that come in from the surrounding fields. These have very spindly legs so the sliding door can be awkward to use, as it easily squashes these delicate spiders. However, with practice, I've found that if you can get the spider to drop into the apex of the pyramid, it is then possible to slide the door across without hurting the spider. I've also found it great for catching flies once they land on a solid surface. Could do with the handle being a little longer, but otherwise it's a good product.

I brought this product to remove spiders and other insects that find their way into the house mostly in the winter months. The product works well and is straightforward to use, I have only given three stars as I did expect it to be slightly bigger and longer. However it is able to catch spiders of bigger sizes. I have found it to also to be a bit flimsy which thankfully hasn't been discovered when removing any critters from the house however this could prove problematic should the trap bit fall off during a removal. I highly recommend before using it that you make sure the product is securely fastened to prevent any mishaps. I would also say be aware that you keep the device in the same position and be careful not to turn your hand until you are ready to release the captured critters as the sliding door will slide quickly out of place and you risk loosing the capture. As for value of money I would say it is a fair price and a worthy investment for any arachnophobes.

Very clever bug catcher, from Wasps and Hornets to beetles. You don't need it until you need it. Humane easy to load and eject outside. Do not be without it.

I haven't had cause to use it yet but it looks simple to use and no batteries to keep buying, perfect

Ich bin mit dem Artikel fast zufrieden, der Preis ist recht hoch und es würden 10 Euro weniger dafür auch genügen. und wenn der Stiel noch ausziehbar wäre so wäre alles Perfekt!

Wichtig ist das Gelsen (Schnacken, Stechmücken usw. ) problemlos gefangen werden können da sie es nicht bemerken! Durch den durchsichtigen Plastikkäfig ! Keine Blutflecke mehr auf der Wand!
