I don't normally write reviews. I have tried numerous supplements over the years for various reasons and hoping that something will do something for my tiredness and general health ie brittle nails fatigue etc. Wow!! Nails solid and i really do mean solid nails now! Muscle cramps less! Energy a massive uplift. It might just be me but this is definitely my go to for magnesium supplements! Well worth a go 😊

i like this magnesium supplement i have been taking it for a while and do seem to notice its benefits. it also seems to be one of the best products in regards to not being full of additional rubbish which you don't want in a supplement
