Today I put some veggies potato, Brocoli, carrot, tomato and onion in this vessel to char. Within 40 minutes it came out completely charred and have a nice smokey flavour. Pan was clear and has no burning spot. I am satisfied with this purchase and worth my penny. Now I will try baking option. It is not so cumbersome and has a decent look. Since it is a heavy cast iron material, it should be handled with care and greese this pan with oil after every wash. It will keep in good stead.

Good for the purpose but should be bigger in diameter

Very nice. A bit heavy ofcourse since it's cast iron but cooking is wonderful. A must for every home

Heavy quality but very difficult to clean, it needs to be seasoned after every wash otherwise one can see rust marks on it’s surface. Also the base has small round marks which make cleaning more cumbersome It’s very good for roasting but due to cleaning difficulties, it’s used very rarely

Cookware is smooth to the touch, naturally non-stick and easy to clean. It gets better with every use and never loses its effectiveness. It can be very well passed on to generations. The cookware contains no toxic materials or artificial coatings.

Good and useful

Too small. Not heavy weight. Defeats the purpose. Didnt like the quality

Must have one if your fan of barbecue style food . Easy to use and quality is good , easy to clean . Compact too .
