I hate mosquitos!
Last year when camping, a friend brought mosquito repellant bracelets for everyone. First time I've gone camping and didn't get any bites. They love my blood. This is a 50 pack and come individually wrapped in a zip bag. I use them and then put them back in the bag when indoors and put them back on when going back out. The smell isn't great but not extremely obnoxious. They also come in a bunch of colors so the kids get to pick their favorite color to wear for the trip.

Mosquito repellent bracelets
Mosquitos are not very fearful of these bracelets. These types of wristbands are obviously not on par with bug sprays. On a positive note, these bands do not have the smell or harsh chemicals of sprays. If you don't have bug spray or don't want to use it, these are better than nothing. The box contains a large quantity of 50 wristbands which is a good deal.

Works Okay, But Not a Perfect Solution
The BuggyBands Mosquito Repellent Bracelets are just as advertised—nothing more, nothing less. The functionality is on par with what you'd expect from similar store-bought products. While they seem to help a bit, I did notice a mosquito sitting on my 3-year-old's leg even while she was wearing the bracelet, so they’re not entirely foolproof. The price is comparable to other products on the market, making them a decent option if you're looking for something convenient and DEET-free. Just don’t expect them to work miracles!

Won't keep mosquitos completely away
These might keeps some mosquitos away, but you will still get bit. I wore two of these, one on my wrist and one on my ankle, in my wooded backyard where mosquitos regularly feast on you unless covered in bug spray and I walked away will quite a few bites. It may have been less mosquitos bites than if I had just been out there unprotected, but I still was pretty itchy. I would not consider this a miracle anti-mosquito product, but if you are looking for bug spray alternative this probably will help a little bit.

Don't work
I live in Florida and had a mosquito land literally two inches from my bracelet. They don't work. They are a nice concept and you can certainly use them as an extra layer of protection, but truly the only things that work in Florida are DEET and permethrin (for clothes). I hate chemicals so trust me when I say I have tried just about every DEET-free option out there. Florida mosquitos do not care about lemongrass or citronella.

Good for kids
I’m rating these repellant bands based on the type of repellent they are. They are not and will never be as effective as traditional bug spray. However, I can’t stand the smell or taste (how does it always end up in your mouth?) of traditional bug spray and I am very much into choosing a cleaner option, especially for my kids. It’s a trade off. With that said, I still use an essential oil spray of lemongrass and citronella on clothes and shoes. These bands don’t shrink back up as well as some, but that only impacts my 3 year old and when he stretched them too far. We typically have the kids wear one on each ankle and one on each wrist. This way is fairly effective. We will still get some near by, but rarely get actual bites or them even landing on us.The scent on these has far outlasted many others we’ve tried. They come in an individual sturdy package with a zip lock top, so you can store them well when not in use. We’ve used these 5 times in a row now and their efficacy is about the same as it was the first time. I’m guessing we will get about 2 more wears out of them before we have to switch them out. Longer if we wear more than the 4.
