I originally had a stackable in the closet, but I wanted to downsize and make more room. I'm thrilled with the size. I first ran the cleaning mode, then ran a full load. Worked great. The only downside, is the dry mode took 4 hours to run.

I was surprised that this machine has a lot of setting for different washes, but you can't set up the washer and dry to run consecutively except for one cycle--the generic "wash and dry", which is for heavy textiles. I I own two condos. In one I use an LG all in one, which allow you to set up any wash and dry and then walk away for a few hours and find it done. I only purchased the Midea because it was a little bigger. If I wanted to do a permanent press cycle, I would have to come back when it is done and set up the dryer. I never would have purchased it if I had known that.--BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I wish there was some way I could send it back

This is exactly what I was looking for. There is a learning curve coming from a traditional vented dryer, your clothes will appear to be damp to the touch but they will be dry. Do not over stuff as it will be the kiss of death to a successful wash dry cycle.
