I really have no idea how one would judge the effectiveness of these transdermal Omega 3 patches. I have observed no noticeable effects from wearing them at all. However, I suppose that does not mean that they are not effective either. The patches themselves are very soft, thin and flexible. They adhere to the skin very well and do stay put comfortably. They are also easy to remove and do not pull on the skin at removal. I have no skin irritation from them whatsoever. They are priced very fairly for a 42 day supply. Overall, I like the convenience and unobtrusive delivery method and I’ll continue to use them for any potential long term benefits.

These stick well, they're easy to wear and aren't irritating. There hasn't been any adverse effects but at the same time I'm not 100% sure that they're effective. It's better than taking the supplement pills though!

I have used medication in a patch application, but these are the first supplement patches I’ve tried. It’s been a good experience so far. The patches adhere well, and I’ve had no negative reaction to them on my skin. The instructions tell you to leave the patch on for 8 to 10 hours, so I apply in the morning and take them off when I’m washing up in the evening, perhaps leaving them on a little longer than recommended. I have only used them for about a week, so it’s too soon to tell if I am benefiting from them and how about this delivery method works, but no negatives so farThe patches are about 1 inch square, are the color of a Band-Aid, and are madecof very thin plastic type material. As I said previously, they adhere well, and do not leave residue behind when you take them off. They come in sets of six to a sheet and each sheet comes individually sealed, labeled with the manufacture date, and the expiration date. Mine have an expiration date of December 2026.

I have tried this product every day for about a week now in lieu of my oral Omega 3. I have applied it to my upper arm and stomach. I have worn it the recommended time of 8-10 hours. While using this product I have worked out, sweated a lot, and it has stayed put. It is small about 1 inch by 1 inch. The color is very pale so it does stand out on my olive skin but I try to hide it under a sleeve or place it on my stomach. I can say it was easy to apply and remove, it stayed in place, it does not hurt to remove it, it did not cause any negative issues on my skin, and it was comfortable. I did not notice I was wearing it. I didn't experience any unusual symptoms or changes. I can not speak to the efficacy of this product so my review is strictly on the use of the patch and how I liked it. The rating of 5 stars reflects that the patch goes on and off my skin flawlessly and I didn't mind wearing it and there were no negative effects.
