Good quality oil
This is a wonderful oil for skin and hair and I use it often in winter to keep my hands from getting cracked and painful. Unlike lotion, this oil absorbs into my skin quickly and completely and leaves it hydrated with no greasy residue. I often use a couple of drops on my hair to add shine and keep the static away during the winter hat season. This is also soothing for my husband's eczema if he has a flare-up. This is a great carrier oil for aromatic blends of other essential oils, and I sometimes add a few drops of lavender or rosemary to it for a light-scented treat. Some people use this as a dietary supplement but that isn't something that I've tried. My advice for trying any new product is to do the research and do it safely. This HBNO oil came well-packaged and sealed with no leaking. The bottle is tinted to keep the oil fresh longer and has a click-open top for easy pouring. There is no scent at all with a lovely consistency and light color. The price is good and this large bottle should last for months!

Good value
This is a great price for 16oz of MCT oil, I have several things to use it for. But like others have said, it is a bit confusing as to whether it is meant for taking orally. Since that is one of the main reasons I wanted it for, I'm hoping the makers can get that information cleared up on the labels. If they clarify this, I will definitely be buying it again in the future once this bottle is gone.

Mixes in my morning coffee well
I'm a firm believer in the benefits of consuming MCT oil, and have used many brands to compare to this one including comparisons to MCT powders like Bulletproof. MCT oils are generally more reactive in my body than powders, so I tend to use a little more cautiously. I mix one tablespoon in my morning coffee and this is no different than the other brands I've tried with the same effects and no change to the flavor of the coffee itself. As for quality - the viscosity, color, taste, and effects are the same as my previous brands so no issues.Overall, the price of this is a steal for MCT oil. It's just as effective as other name brand competitors but at a significantly cheaper price so I would definitely recommend this product!

HBNO California Bottled Coconut Mct Oil review
This oil has virtually no scent and my skins absorbs it pretty fast so I am using it with a tiny amount of essential oil as an overall moisturizer during the dry winter months. Also works well on my lips. not sure if it's for internal use or else I would be using it for oil pulling.

Pure MCT Oil
I'm a bit confused because the label presented on the listing says "For external use only", however, the label on the bottle I got has instructions for internal use also. I use MCT Oil almost daily, in my coffee or in my protein shake or smoothie. This is pure MCT Oil, so it should be good for both. Perhaps Amazon could update the label presented in the listing.Whichever way you use it, this is an exceptional oil that will moisturize your skin and hair and put you in a good mood if you take it internally. It came in a 16-oz dark brown, plastic bottle with a disk top cap you press down to open and pour out the oil.

Cold pressed, 16 oz
Natural Mct oil. It's advertised as Cold pressed, but on the bottle (plastic ), it says Expellar pressed. For massage, hair, skin, it appears to be of good quality.Harvested in and from Malaysia. The advertisement says "For external use only", but on the bottle itself, it has amount to take internally.I will only use it externally. It's reasonably priced, claims to be analytically tested by GCMS/FAMES for purity and high quality. Not sure if it's just coconut MCT Zoil only or if palm oil is included also.Overall, I tried it on my hair and skin. So far, no negative reactions.

MCT Oil
I mainly ordered this MCT Oil to use as a carrier oil for my essential oil blends since it has no scent and absorbs easily into the skin. It works perfectly in rollerball bottles--I normally always have two or more rollerball bottles of lavender, peppermint and tea tree in MCT oil for quick treating bug bites, rashes, or any other skin irritation. Per the bottle, this oil has a country of origin of Malaysia, and it was bottled in California, USA. It has an expiration date of 1/2027, so a little over two years of shelf life.

Multi Purpose
Very nice carrier oil for other essential oils. Also good for moisturizing the skin and great for massage. Leaves skin feeling silky smooth. Non scented is a big plus. This is good timing as we're heading into the winter months - big fan of Coconut MCT to keep our skin from drying out. Especially nice after a soak in the hot tub. Lovely for hair and scalp too.Very pleased with this brand.
