Bought them for my Gym workout, serving the purpose, they are anti slip in the gym and on the tread mill, the inner sole will get flattened in a monthwould not recommend for outdoor jogging but you can use them on flat terrain or on running paths, any pebbles u step on will be painfull

Used them to walk on rocky areas and in the ocean, worked well and allowed me to explore areas much easier. Didn't slip either.

Ofcourse with this price, you can’t expect the real Bronoir brand, and instead of Bronoir, it says “fashion” 🤣. Nevertheless, the quality is actually very good, they’re very comfortable, true to size, very lightweight and flexible. I’m planning to wear this for my lifting sessions in the gym so let’s see how that goes. Can’t comment on the quick dry yet as haven’t tried in the water.

For walks,looooong walks ,lifting and overall life running . Brilliant and i got one for me and one for my partner . Best training and walking shoes
