I have been buying Fiskars Easy Action Micro-tips for years since I tried my first pair. I've always liked them, but even more so in recent years as my hands have started developing arthritis. The spring action means you only exert half the effort it takes to open and close traditional lever-action scissors, and the lack of the otherwise necessary finger loops means no more sore fingers and thumbs if you have lots of cutting to perform.Depending on how often I use them and what I am using them to cut, they last a remarkably long time. However, I do use them quite often, and I like having several pairs in various craft kits I keep packed for specific crafts and classes. Despite their fine engineering and quality, they will wear out at some point, so I have had to replace them occasionally. That is what drew me to these was the titanium coating on the blades. I use titanium coated sewing needles and have concluded that they stay sharp longer than standard steel needles. Though I have bought the Easy Action Micro-tips at stores like Joann Fabrics and Michael's, I have not see the titanium blades available at those retailers.So far, I like these enough to have bought a couple of extra pairs; only time will tell if they last longer than the regular ones.

I use these a lot for clipping edges on the teddy bears I make. No effort needed to keep clipping. Though there is mention of a lifetime guarantee, I just bought a new pair after reading all that had to be done to acquire them to honor that promise. My time is worth more than the cost of the scissors!

I tend to sway toward Fiskars products because of their quality and lifetime guarantee. These don't disappoint! Very sharp and perfect for when I "fussy cut" things for use on my paper crafted items.

It came right on time and is just as ascribed.

These are perfect. I love that they are sharp, pointy, and you can lock them closed

I bought these for sewing and ended up using them to cut aluminum. WOW! They cut thru aluminum like butter so you can imagine how sharp they are and how usable they would work on cloth or thread. The pinpoint accuracy of the tip is pretty phenomenal too. Whatever small project you need good scissors for, this is the one!

These scissors are sharp and a great size for cutting fabric. Giving a 4 stars because one pair went dull within one week which is not normal for this brand . Sent back and received a replacement. I recommend these for any quilter.
