I love this drill. It works amazingly. The battery holds forever. I’m not a nail tech so not sure if it would be good for professional use. The colors are beautiful! I have dropped it and it still works fine!

The media could not be loaded. I am an AVEDA nail tech student and I wanted to purchase an affordably priced e-file for beginners. I was excited about this product heard great reviews about it and even recommended by one of my instructors. It was delivered perfectly fine until I realized it wasn't fully charged. Then when I went to charge it the C port end wouldn't even fully connect to the power box. I tried different C chargers and outlets nothing. Until I had to physically hold and apply pressure to the device for it to even turn on and register that power was connecting to the charger. This could be a manufacturing error but in any case, this is misleading to others, and the fact I am not the only one with this issue is concerning. It's 50/50 if you get a good e-file or not from Saviland with this particular model at least. I hope enough reviews and word gets around so the company can take action and look into this ongoing issue. I would hate for someone to expect a great drill only to be disappointed in the end.

Yet another Christmas present I got for my girlfriend for christmas. she seems to like it as she does her nails quite often now with it and it has made her life a lot easier when she does them. She says it's very easy to use and the color it's very pretty in her opinion.

UPDATE. After connecting the supplied USB charger and letting it fully charge, it works as expected. I used it to remove and reshape 4 nails and it works great. Even when using sculpting bits and applying more pressure, it didn’t slow down and the grip is comfortable. I do wish it had a base to sit in but this still seems like a solid efile for the price point.Just received this efile today, opened it up 30 minutes ago, inspected all the accessories and the file. Not bad. Nice clean look. The file itself is a little heavy and the electronics/battery enclosure is a little light. But that’s to be expected as the actual motor is in the file itself. Turn it on, nothing. Ok, battery is not charged. Go to plug it in to charge. Of course like many of us, I have USB A and C chargers all over for various other devices. USB (Universal Serial Bus) is a standard that is intended to universally fit any device with that type of port. So, I should be able to use any compatible cord to charge it, right? Plug it in, feels loose. No charging indicator. Try another cord laying around. Nothing. Ok, maybe the file is a dud. Start the refund process. Decide to use the included charger. Now it shows charging. However the battery symbol keeps flashing off and on instead of the battery bars, like many devices do. Will let it charge for 2 hours. Maybe that’s how they have to programmed to indicate charging. If after two hours it doesn’t turn on, off to Refund City and will purchase another brand and a more expensive one.

I wish I could do a review with no stars. I’ve only had this nail drill for almost 4 months and the drill is already going out. I am so upset! If I had known this was not a good product I NEVER would have purchased. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.

I wish I didn’t buy this one but I love iridescent so I did. When I got it I noticed how it was very cheap plastic and super light weight but I didn’t think it would be that bad. It doesn’t hold a charge so I have to use it plugged in 90% of the time. Which defeats the purpose of spending the extra money on a rechargeable one. The charging port is also loose so the cord hardly stays in there. I don’t think it’s worth the money. It doesn’t seem like it’s louder or vibrates more than others. But it’s a pain to use and since I’m past the return date I’ll probably be buying a different one soon!

I was using my daughter's drill but it didn't have a lock for the bits. Because I needed something that locked the bit in place and more powerful. It doesn't take me nearly as long as it used to. The ceramic bits that came with it are help so much better than just the sanding band bit. Not sure what the other bits are for, tried them but they didn't seem to do much. The only thing that I get aggravated with it that it suddenly stops, not sure why it does that. I was thinking of return it for this reason.
