Will this work on the tractor supply weed sprayer is the connection fro the motor the same?

This manifold only fits the 3.8 gpm pump from Shurflo pumps called the Flowgaurd gold series

How long is the warranty on the valve stripping out?

Year I believe, mine went started leaking in 2 yrs. Non-repairable. Don't leave chemicals in the line and it will last a long time, but that isn't always so easy.

Can anyone tell me whT size and thread the screws are that hold the pump and manifold to the tank?

I dont know my pins were stripped so I just drilled out the tank and used bolts, nut, lock washer from junk drawer. Everything lines up plug and play.

Will this fit a 40 gal sprayer?

The 40 gallon sprayer I had had one of these on it. I also mounted one on my 55 gallon sprayer. I attaches to the pump as long as the pump has quick connect fittings
