I purchased this device for my 7 year old daughter to use and the package was in tact and delivery was timely. Set up and use of the device was flawless and it worked as advertised - zero issues with quality or speed, screen or battery life (it served the purpose intended). However, I encountered an issue with my charging port 6 months after using it and I contacted the seller who immediately responded and provided a quick resolution to my issue by issuing me a new device. I expect this replacement item to work just as good as my initial order and will provide an update on the item in the future. Will definitely recommend this product for a young child 3 - 9 yrs old and give a huge appreciation and thanks for the excellent customer service and support provided by this seller.

Unless you charge it after every time you use it, it is dead the next time you want to use it. This makes it pretty useless because the whole point of the tablet was for our daughter to have to something for games, coloring, or watching YouTube that wasn't our phone. But since it is dead almost every time we pick it up, she is still using our phone. Also, if it does actually have a charge, it is SO SLOW. I wasn't looking for amazing performance and battery life at this price point but we have an Amazon Fire Kids tablet that was a similar price point but actually has a battery that lasts for more than one use and loads much faster. We bought this one because the Amazon Fire wasn't as compatible with Google parental controls but if we had to do it again we would not have wasted our money on this tablet and would have bought another Fire tablet instead.

This 7-inch kids tablet is perfect for learning and entertainment! It’s loaded with engaging, educational games and activities, and transforms learning into fun! It’s the perfect for my daughter’s little hands. What I love most are the easy-to-use Parent Dashboard, storage and the dual camera option. I don’t have to worry about the device fallen as it came with a sturdy protective case which has a stand so she can watch and play easily. Battery life is amazing and the speed is great for her. Definitely buying again!

Nice little tablet sadly it didn't last long but while it did work it was educational and my little one loved the games on it and glad it had a good touchscreen

2025.02.11. I contacted the company and they are replacing my grand daughters tablet. We will both be so happy. Thank you! We bought this for our granddaughter in June 2024 and have been very pleased with the educational value of the tablet. She enjoys the alphabet and number games. However, as you can see from the photo, the screen and glass are cracked. Can we get this warranted or can I buy the parts to fix this? Thanks.

Not a very good tablet for my 8 year old. Over heats pretty fast, dies after 1.5 hours of usage, is extremely slow and it’ll turn off randomly while she’s playing her games or watching a movie. UPDATE AS OF MARCH 2025 !!!Don’t buy this tablet!!! It has caused us nothing but issues since we got it. Over heats all the time - had to pull the cover off of it for it to stop over heating. Turned off randomly all the time for the first 6 months then wouldn’t want to hold a charge. After that it just stopped working and then would work whenever it wanted it too for however long it wanted too as well. Horrible - horrible tablet.

This is a nice size tablet for my granddaughter only thing I don’t care for is the speed and some times you have to touch the screen a few more times to perform the actions that you need. Far as appearances goes cute size love the stand and the camera quality is great!
